Using the app

Home Items: Maintenance Log is provided by Ivan Dotsenko for personal organization of household items, warranties, and maintenance. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you enter and for keeping your device and exported backups secure.

Maintenance information

Reminders and starter templates are organizational aids. They are not manufacturer instructions, safety certification, or a warranty decision. Follow your product’s manual and qualified professional advice when servicing equipment. Delivery of notifications depends on your device settings and operating system.

Free and Premium access

The free plan supports up to three active items and one selected maintenance task per item. Premium offers more items and tasks through monthly or annual auto-renewing subscriptions. The exact price, currency, billing period, and applicable taxes are shown by the app store before purchase. There is no free trial in the current offering.

Billing and cancellation

Apple or Google handles payment and refunds under its store terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you turn off auto-renewal in your store account before renewal. Deleting the app or erasing local data does not cancel a subscription. You can manage or cancel it in your store subscription settings. A cancellation normally keeps Premium active until the paid period ends, subject to the store’s current status.

Your data

Your home records stay on your device and are not synchronized between devices. You can export a backup in the app. Restore replaces current local data after confirmation. If you delete local data without a backup, it may not be recoverable. Expired Premium does not automatically delete existing records; some records become read-only under the free limit.
